No Refund Policy
Due to the instant-delivery digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Important — Please Read Before Purchasing
All digital products sold on NextGen PDF are delivered instantly upon payment. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately after purchase, we cannot verify whether a product has been accessed, read, or copied once delivered. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to protect against fraud and abuse.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Unlike physical goods that can be returned in their original condition, digital products are fundamentally different:
- •Instant access: Once your payment is confirmed, the product is immediately available for download. There is no way to "return" a file that has already been downloaded and potentially read or copied.
- •No way to verify return: Unlike a physical book that can be shipped back, we have no way to confirm that a digital file has been deleted from your device after you have accessed it.
- •Fraud prevention: Offering refunds on instantly-delivered digital content would allow bad actors to purchase, download, and then request a refund — effectively obtaining the product for free. This policy protects both our business and the creators whose work we sell.
- •Content cannot be "unseen": Once an ebook or guide has been opened and read, the value has been consumed. A refund at that point would be equivalent to reading a book at a store and asking for your money back.
What You Agree To At Purchase
By completing a purchase on NextGen PDF, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that will be delivered electronically and instantly
- You understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the product is available for download
- You have read the product description, preview information, and pricing before making your purchase decision
- You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute related to the digital content you have purchased
- Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in account termination and potential legal action
Download or Technical Issues
While we do not offer refunds, we do stand behind our products and want to make sure you receive what you paid for. If you experience any of the following, contact us and we will resolve it promptly:
Corrupted File
If your downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, we will send you a fresh copy.
Download Link Not Working
If your download link expired or is not functioning, we will generate a new one for you.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you received a different product than what you ordered, we will correct it immediately.
Duplicate Charge
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, the duplicate will be refunded.
Regarding Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a legitimate charge with your bank or credit card company) after downloading a digital product is considered fraud. If you file a chargeback:
- •We will provide evidence to your payment provider that the product was delivered successfully
- •Your access to all NextGen PDF products and services may be permanently revoked
- •We reserve the right to pursue recovery of costs incurred from the fraudulent dispute
